I am trying to get some of my older pictures scanned :p, and scrapped. These are some pictures from college in Oregon during some severe flooding.
I made the background using brushes I found at Adobe Studio Exchange. The torn paper action is from Atomic Cupcake. Fonts are 1942 Report, Adler, and Brenton Scrawl.

This is a LO I did for the scraplift challenge at Scrapmommies. I used Sweet Holiday, Winter Dreams and Springy Step kits and Chipboard and Pewter actions from Atomic Cupcake and brushes from 8nero and Adobe Studio Exchange. Fonts are Georgia and MA Simple Pleasures. The original inspiration was a LO by Nikki at Scrapmommies.
Journaling reads:
After Christmas, the Conn’s went up to Granite Creek to go ice skating. Allen had been watching the creek every day on his way to work, and thought it would be fun to skate on. Unfortunately it was all bumpy by the time they got up there. They had fun exploring the ice holes, instead, though.

january

This is my calendar page for next January. Even though we live in Alaska, my husband (and I, I must admit) are huge Broncos fans. John's year isn't complete unless he's been to at least one game. This year we got to do 2 - both playoff games. The first (against the Patriots was great. The second was Pittsburgh, and that didn't go so well...
Anyway, we are usually thinking football around January, so I thought this would be a good one for that.
I used the Denver Fever kit by Ginger Thibodeau at Digitals, here, brushes found at Adobe Studio Exchange here, and actions by Atomic Cupcake here. The font is Brad.
